Alarm systems maintenance contracts

Regular maintenance check ups
Insurance companies recommend their clients sign a regular maintenance contract with an alarms specialist registered with the Security Systems Alarm and Inspection Board (SSAIB). It’s a prerequisite if you want a police monitoring and response communicated alarm system.

As an accredited member of SSAIB, Henry Gates Security undergoes regular accreditation programme compliance certification to ensure our skills and methods are approved.

Wireless and wired alarm systems
We make sure the equipment, installation and maintenance of these systems conform to the British Standards BS 4737 or BS EN 50131 and BS 6799 Class VI. The equipment we use are market leaders, highly regarded for their reliability and signalling performance.

Henry Gates Security offers its clients a maintenance contract for all of the equipment and systems that we install.

We check bells-only alarm systems annually and communicated alarm systems twice a year, and are happy to come out to test the system between these scheduled maintenance checks if a problem occurs.

We trust and use two main suppliers of burglar alarm equipment — control panel, sensors and signalling systems. We choose their equipment for its reliability, quality and functionality, and the companies for their continual research, development and product testing.
